FreshFade BlackCare is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Processing Time

All orders require 3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.


Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FreshFade BlackCare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

FreshFade BlackCare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
